Our pricing is tiered based on volume. For example, a simple packshot costs €45 for 1–4 photos and drops to €16 for 101+ images. Additional services like clipping path, large product handling, or file naming incur extra fees.

Yes, discounted pricing is available for large volumes. The more images you order, the lower the unit price—ideal for catalogs or online stores with multiple products.

Photos are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after we receive your products. Timeframes depend on project size and complexity and are confirmed in your quote.

Ship your products along with a summary sheet listing product names, quantities, and desired photo angles. Shipping costs (both ways) are your responsibility. We’ll provide the shipping address in your quote.

Yes, we can return your products after the shoot either via pickup (by appointment) or shipping (at your expense). Temporary storage is also possible.

Standard delivery is in high-res JPEGs. On request, we can provide PNGs with transparent backgrounds, PSD files, or other formats tailored to your needs.

Yes, upon request, we offer photo previews before final retouching. This allows you to approve the framing, angles, or composition before we proceed with the final edits and high-resolution delivery.

If you request changes after delivery (e.g., cropping, color adjustments, background edits), we’ll apply them free of charge if they relate to technical errors on our part. Additional edits or new creative directions may incur extra fees depending on the complexity of the request.
